Auto CAD users please save all drawings as a 2000/2000 LT DXF to ensure your file is able to be read.
Save all drawings 1:1 with only the layers and features you wish to cut. 
Please name your files with your company name and your reference. For example if you are Jim’s Welding and you need some sprockets made, name your file jimwldsprocket1.dxf or jimwlds1.dxf, jimwelds2.dxf and so on.
Please send a PDF with any reference dimensions or special instructions such as quantity, material, tapped holes surface finish, paint finish etc. 

For all Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw files please convert all logos, text and art to curves or outlines to ensure you get exactly what you want.
